You will need:

• A ruler
• A blank sheet of paper
• A pencil

1. Place a ruler flat on the ground on a blank sheet of paper
2. Wear socks of medium thickness
3. Line up your heel at the edge of the ruler
4. Accurately measure from your heel to the tip of your big toe
5. Mark the sides of your foot at the widest point
6. Measure both feet for width and length and use the larger numbers to calculate your size
7. If you fall between sizes, choose the next larger size
